Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project delivery or service management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to document detailed requirements, process flows, and use cases; perform gap analysis and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and internal teams to understand, design, document, and translate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear technical specifications for developers and vendors.
• Conduct testing to ensure systems meet business and technical requirements.
• Support full lifecycle of enterprise applications delivery—planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables with IT Project Leads/Managers; monitor progress and risks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Support existing applications, assist in change management, and facilitate user training.

The IT Business Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into clear specifications for IT teams and vendors. The role supports enterprise application projects from planning and implementation through testing, documentation, user training, and post-implementation support, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and operational needs.

Scope of work:

• Business Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to document detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases; perform gap analysis, process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units, vendors, and internal teams to understand, design, document, and translate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Specification Development: Convert business needs into clear technical specifications for developers and vendors.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure systems meet both business and technical requirements.
• Project Delivery: Support the full lifecycle of enterprise applications delivery — including project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Project Implementation: Work with IT Project Leads and/or Project Managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables; monitor progress and manage risks.
• Documentation & Traceability: Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support & Change Management: Support existing applications, assist in change management, and facilitate user training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably with relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, ITIL or Agile.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project delivery or service management.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience in retail, mall operations, real estate, or similar industries is a plus.
