Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners, Operations) and project teams (Developers and Testers) for system support, enhancements, and new initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
• Break down complex requirements into consumable user stories suitable for Agile development teams.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, or process flows to effectively illustrate user journeys and system functionality.
• Ensure business rules and stakeholder requirements are accurately documented and communicated to the development team.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and insights clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.

Job Qualifications

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience handling e-commerce or loyalty-related projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions.
• Agile mindset with hands‑on experience working in Agile environments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
