Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a Leasing professional to manage property leasing across an assigned portfolio for Mapletree Industrial Trust.

You will support strategies to maximise occupancy, secure new tenancies, and conduct market research while maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects. A degree in estate management or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in estate management or related field.
• At least 1 year of leasing/marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry and network of contacts.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Registered as Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or equivalent qualification (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Support and implement rental strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Secure new tenancies, identify market segments, and manage lease renewals with tenants and agents.
• Conduct market research on competitors and rental benchmarks for occupancy costs.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects.
