Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or account management experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or logistics real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lease lifecycle including contracts, renewals, terminations, and turnover.

Job Title: Leasing Officer, Industrial Warehouse Leasing (Accounts Management)

JOB PURPOSE

The Leasing Associate is responsible for the lease administration and account management of assigned industrial warehouse properties. This role ensures the effective execution of tenant retention initiatives, and operational excellence to achieve business targets and enhance client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leasing Strategy & Execution

• Implement company standards, operational plans, and programs across assigned projects and developments.
• Execute leasing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy rates and rental income.
• Assist in the continuous improvement programs to enhance revenue generation and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Foster strong relationships with tenants through regular engagement and proactive communication.
• Gain a deep understanding of tenants’ business goals and identify opportunities for expansion or additional services.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, working closely with support units to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.

Lease Management

• Execute the full lease lifecycle, including contract execution, warehouse turnover, renewals, and terminations.
• Negotiate lease agreements, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold property standards and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts as needed.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Reporting and Records Management

• Prepare and update detailed leasing performance reports for the monthly Operations Meeting
• For records management, maintain centralized database and ensure all relevant records are complete, secure and are available for the team to access for business continuity

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to major departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Actively participate in team-based workgroups and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned to support the overall success of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, account management
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or logistics real estate is preferred
• Knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and tenant relations
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Willing to travel to project sites as needed
