Job summary

MEGA SK INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION is seeking a proactive Leasing Officer to join our property management team in Metro Manila. You will handle leasing activities, assist in lease administration, manage tenant inquiries, and support day-to-day operations to maintain high occupancy and smooth leasing processes.

You will market available units, coordinate viewings, prepare lease documentation, and build strong relationships with tenants, brokers and agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is an advantage.
• Strong communication with clients, brokers and agents.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle admin and fieldwork related to leasing.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities and assist in lease administration.
• Manage tenant inquiries and support day-to-day property management operations.
• Market available units and coordinate property viewings.
• Prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants, brokers, and agents.
• Conduct basic market research.
• Assist in attracting and retaining tenants across office, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
