Job summary

Search Avenue Pte Ltd invites applications for a Leasing Coordinator role based in Singapore, focusing on commercial leasing. The candidate will support portfolio income growth and tenant relations, with training provided for newcomers.

Fresh graduates with a degree in RealEstate/Building/Estate Management are welcome. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

• Support strategic business plans to enhance and increase portfolio income.
• Establish long term business relationships to maximize occupancy and yield of portfolio.
• Achieve competitive optimal rent and lease terms in the securing/renewing tenants.
• Maintain relationship with tenants while ensuring tenants fulfilment of obligations (including timely rental payments, managing tenants feedbacks and complaints, queries on building maintenance and/or property tax matters).
• Establish good working relationships with shareholders representatives and various consultants including lawyers, QP, surveyors and real estate consultants.

Our clientis a leading asset management company managing premium grade A commercial buildings in Singapore's new downtown at Marina Bay.

Candidates with experience in commercial, retail or industrial leasing are welcome to apply. If you're currently in retail or industrial leasing and keen to gain exposure to the commercial office sector, this could be a great next step.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic business plans to enhance and increase portfolio income.

• Establish long term business relationships to maximize occupancy and yield of portfolio.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 + AWS + VB (average 2-3 months)
