Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a Leasing professional to manage property leasing across an assigned portfolio for Mapletree Industrial Trust.

You will support strategies to maximise occupancy, secure new tenancies, and conduct market research while maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects. A degree in estate management or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in estate management or related field.
• At least 1 year of leasing/marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry and network of contacts.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Registered as Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or equivalent qualification (advantage).

Responsibilities

The Role

This position will be responsible for the leasing of properties within an assigned portfolio for Mapletree Industrial Trust.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio

• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents

• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost

• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects

Job Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing

• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and leasing

• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts

• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills

• Registered as Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination (added advantage)
