Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest or familiarity with industrial/heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented, motivated, and willing to do field work.
• Able to plan and execute effective sales strategies.
• Willing to travel within assigned areas using a company service vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client visits to generate sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer records in the sales database.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide application support.
• Coordinate with internal departments for unit release, payment processing, and equipment maintenance support.
