Backje Philippines Inc. is an established industrial tools and machinery supplier serving manufacturing companies across CALABARZON, Metro Manila, Northern Luzon, and Cebu.

We are hiring a disciplined Sales Executive to manage and grow B2B accounts in the manufacturing sector.

This is a structured 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM role with regular office coordination and scheduled field visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit and manage manufacturing clients
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal team
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients
• Transport and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
• Develop new business opportunities
• Maintain long-term customer relationships
• Monitor collection status of assigned accounts

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• College graduate (any Business or related course)
• With sales experience (B2B preferred)
• With driver's license (4-wheel)
• Familiar with Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Metro Manila areas
• Willing to learn industrial tools and machinery
• Skilled in negotiating and handling complaints

Compensation & Support

• Base salary: PHP 25,000- PHP 30,000
• Commission based on collected sales (subject to company policy)
• Company vehicle provided for official field visits during working hours
• On-the-job product orientation and field exposure
