• At least 1 year in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis and lean manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics software/databases.
• Proven track record of process improvements and cost reduction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements in warehousing.

Stockcare Cargo and Warehousing Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Shift Supervisor to join our operations team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimising our warehouse and logistics operations whilst ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality control. As Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team during designated shifts, implementing industrial engineering principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity across our facility. This role bridges operational management and technical engineering, making it essential to our continuous improvement objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate shift operations, ensuring all team members adhere to established protocols, safety standards, and performance targets
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimise workflow, reduce cycle times, and improve space utilisation across the facility
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to shift operations, including production metrics, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance logs
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and investigations into incidents as required
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimise downtime
• Train and mentor team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and best practices
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key performance indicators to senior management, including recommendations for operational enhancements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing environments, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Demonstrated proficiency in industrial engineering tools and techniques, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ability to work proficiently with logistics software and databases
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives with measurable results
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and manage conflict effectively
• In-depth understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements and best practices in warehouse and logistics environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Flexibility to work shift rotations, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as operational needs dictate
