Job summary

Stockcare Cargo and Warehousing Inc. in Pasig City invites applications for an Industrial Engineering Shift Supervisor to drive efficient warehouse operations, lead the shift team, and implement industrial engineering principles to reduce waste and improve productivity while upholding safety and quality.

The role blends operational management with engineering, requiring a degree in IE/ME, at least one year in warehousing or manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis and lean manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics software/databases.
• Proven track record of process improvements and cost reduction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shift operations, ensuring protocols, safety standards and targets are met.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimise workflow and space utilisation.
• Maintain shift records including production metrics, safety incidents and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations; lead safety briefings.
• Collaborate with maintenance to diagnose issues and minimise downtime.
• Train and mentor team members on procedures, safety, and best practices.
• Prepare shift reports and present KPIs with recommendations to senior management.
