About the role

Philusa Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, managing inventory operations, and ensuring that all goods are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently and safely. This role is integral to maintaining our operational excellence and meeting our customers' expectations for timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises the Prepare, Order and Checking (POC) operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, stock picking, inventory movement, and compliance with First-to-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) standards. Monitors picker productivity, coordinates with warehouse personnel, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures the orderly and efficient operation of the POC area while providing regular updates to the Warehouse Manager.
