Job summary

SOBIDA MOTORS CORPORATION in Quezon City is seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer to analyze production workflows, collect and interpret operational data, and identify opportunities for process improvement across manufacturing activities.

You will design and optimize layouts, standardize work procedures, support cost-reduction initiatives, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Quezon City. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production workflows, collect and interpret operational data, and identify opportunities for process improvement across manufacturing activities.

About you

• Strong Analytical Skills for data collection, statistical analysis, and decision‑making

• Industrial Engineering expertise, including knowledge of systems optimization, workflow design, and operations management

• Manufacturing Engineering and Process Improvement skills for optimizing production lines, reducing waste, and improving cycle times

• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting technical information clearly

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with familiarity in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks

• Proficiency in productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software, CAD or layout design tools) is advantageous

• Ability to work on‑site in Novaliches, Quezon City
