About the role
The Warehouse Production Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse production and operational activities to ensure that production targets, inventory accuracy, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved. The position will supervise warehouse and production personnel, allocate manpower and resources, monitor productivity, coordinate with other departments, and implement process improvements to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Production Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse production activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, labeling, staging, and dispatching of products.
- Ensure that daily production and warehouse targets are achieved within the required timeline.
- Monitor workflow and ensure smooth movement of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products to prevent damage, loss, and contamination.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and production activities.
- Monitor the proper use and availability of warehouse equipment, tools, and materials.
2. Manpower Management
- Plan and allocate manpower based on daily operational requirements.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse and production staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work performance.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, daily briefings, and operational updates.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to improve productivity and work quality.
- Address employee performance and operational concerns in accordance with company policies. 3. Inventory Control
3. Inventory Control
- Ensure proper receiving, counting, storage, picking, and issuance of materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Coordinate with Inventory Control and other departments regarding stock discrepancies and adjustments.
4. Quality & Productivity
- Monitor production output, productivity, accuracy, and quality performance.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and operational inefficiencies.
- Implement corrective actions to reduce errors, damages, rework, and production downtime.
- Ensure that products are properly inspected, packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch.
- Recommend improvements to warehouse and production processes.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, warehouse rules, and applicable occupational safety requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and immediately address unsafe conditions.
- Ensure employees properly use required PPE and equipment.
- Promote good housekeeping, cleanliness, and 5S practices.
- Report accidents, incidents, product damages, and other operational issues promptly.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive materials when applicable.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with Logistics, Inventory, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments.
- Provide management with updates regarding production performance, manpower requirements, inventory concerns, and operational issues.
- Escalate major operational problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, production, logistics, distribution, or related operations.
- Experience supervising warehouse and/or production personnel.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, production workflow, and dispatch operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory management, or warehouse systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, basic inventory management, and workplace safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
- Willing to work on-site in Bulacan.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Working Conditions
- Primarily warehouse-based and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and physical warehouse activities.
- Requires regular walking, standing, and monitoring of warehouse and production areas.
- May require extended working hours during peak periods or urgent operational requirements.
- Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, target-driven environment.
