Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle Bahasa Indonesia inquiries at our Quezon City location. You will act as the first point of contact, resolve Level 1 issues, and document details in the CRM across multiple channels using provided scripts.

You will escalate when necessary, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet performance targets while complying with company policies and procedures. This is a full-time role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Proficient in CRM systems and documented procedures.
• Ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels using scripts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for consumer inquiries in Bahasa Indonesia across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot, research solutions, and resolve Level 1 issues.
• Create and log cases in CRM with complete data and documentation.
• Escalate appropriately to internal teams or clients per process directions.
