Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a remote Inside Sales and Lead Generation professional based in the Philippines. You will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach, and collaborate with the sales team to turn qualified leads into opportunities.

Strong English communication and reliable remote setup are required. This contract position offers uncapped commissions ($20–$75 per closed deal) and a monthly OTE ranging from $300 to $1,300, with both part-time and full-time options in Pacific

Primary Focus

Generate and qualify leads through daily outreach, follow up with prospects, and pass qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process. Work closely with the sales team to help turn qualified leads into closed deals.

Role Classification

• Contract position (Remote).
• Compensation: $20 - $75 for each closed deal that comes from a qualified lead.

Key Qualification

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales and the ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage of the sales process.
• Comfortable or able to do X outreach per day
• Clear and professional English communication skills
• Good follow-up and lead management skills
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, lead follow-ups, responding to inbound enquiries, conducting initial discovery calls, shows how products work, qualifying prospects based on business needs and purchasing intent, nurturing potential clients, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Leader on qualified leads and opportunities.
• Log customer interactions, update pipelines, and record data accurately using our CRM

Incentive Compensation

• $20 - $75 for each closed deal that comes from a qualified lead.
• Uncapped commission
• Monthly OTE: $300 - $1,300
• Additional bonus for exceeding monthly qualified lead targets.
