Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Google Ads / PPC Specialist to own our paid search program for our direct-to-consumer product line. You will inherit live Search and Performance Max campaigns, audit current setup, correct what isn’t working, and drive stronger conversion performance with minimal oversight.

You’ll operate independently at an expert level, implementing structured tests, reporting progress, and scaling campaigns as targets are met to deliver measurable ROI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns including Search and Performance Max.
• Proven ability to improve conversions and reduce CPA for ecommerce or D2C accounts.
• Ability to independently audit an existing ad account and create a prioritized action plan.
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, GA, and reporting.
• Skills in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
• References or case examples available.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work without supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing Google Ads campaigns and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Implement corrections aligned with Google Ads best practices.
• Optimize for conversions and ROAS, not just clicks.
• Manage keyword research, negatives, match types, and search terms.
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and assets.
• Monitor budget and bidding strategies; track performance daily.
• Report conversions, CPA, and campaign results.
• Recommend scaling once targets are met.
• Run structured tests to improve performance over time.
• Provide regular updates on account health and results.
