• Proven, hands-on record looking after Google Ads accounts.
• Capacity to keep several ad accounts going at the same time without losing accuracy.
• Solid grasp of conversion tracking and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or call tracking software.
• Strong written English for reporting and ad copy creation.
• Ease working with performance data and turning it into clear recommendations.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work solo.
• Strong communication skills with the knack for setting out results simply.
• Stable internet connection and a capable computer.

Responsibilities

• Look after and sharpen Google Ads accounts for several businesses at once
• Watch account performance regularly and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to better results
• Drive conversion value up by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Track cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend for each account
• Carry out keyword research to turn up new opportunities and cut wasted spend
• Write, test, and iterate on ad copy, headlines, and ad extensions
• Set up and verify conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and bookings
• Flag account issues, policy warnings, or budget problems straight away
• Deliver clear, easy-to-read performance reports on a steady schedule
