Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform.
• Confident with Google Sheets/Excel and data work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and campaign performance; analyse data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Write high-performing, direct-response ad copy.
• Work with analytics teams across GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Contribute to testing and account growth strategies.
• Communicate performance insights clearly to clients.
• Work alongside senior specialists and cross-functional teams.
