Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking an experienced Google Ads / PPC Specialist to own our paid search program for our direct-to-consumer product line. You will audit live Search and Performance Max campaigns, fix issues, and drive them toward stronger conversion performance.

This role suits someone who operates independently at an expert level—improving accounts without needing their work double-checked—and who can report results clearly to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max.
• Strong track record of improving conversions and reducing CPA for e-commerce or D2C accounts.
• Ability to audit an existing ad account and produce a clear, prioritized action plan.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Working knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
• Demonstrable results with references or case examples available.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing Google Ads Search and Performance Max campaigns and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Implement corrections and align accounts with Google Ads best practices.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROAS, not just clicks or impressions.
• Manage keyword research, negative keywords, match types, and search term analysis.
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and assets for Search and PMax.
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and daily account performance.
• Track and report on conversions, CPA, and campaign results.
• Recommend when and how to scale campaigns after performance targets are met.
• Propose and execute structured tests to improve account performance over time.
• Keep the team informed with clear, regular updates on account health and results.
