Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an experienced Google Ads Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to manage and optimize paid search accounts for multiple businesses in our network. You will own campaign performance end to end—lowering cost per lead, increasing conversion value, and ensuring every ad dollar works harder.

This hands-on role requires testing changes and explaining results clearly. You will monitor performance, adjust bids and budgets, refine targeting and ad copy, and set up robust conversion

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Ability to manage several ad accounts simultaneously without loss of accuracy.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking and analytics platforms.
• Strong written English for reporting and ad copy creation.
• Comfort translating performance data into clear recommendations.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts for multiple businesses simultaneously
• Monitor account performance regularly and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to improve results
• Increase conversion value by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Track cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend for each account
• Conduct keyword research to uncover new opportunities and eliminate wasted spend
• Write, test, and iterate on ad copy, headlines, and ad extensions
• Set up and verify conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and bookings
• Flag account issues, policy warnings, or budget problems immediately
• Deliver clear, easy-to-read performance reports on a consistent schedule
