Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an experienced Google Ads Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize paid search accounts for multiple businesses in our network. You will own campaign performance end to end — lowering cost per lead, increasing conversion value, and ensuring every ad dollar works harder.

This hands-on role requires comfortable navigation inside ad accounts, testing changes, and explaining results clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Ability to manage several ad accounts at the same time without losing accuracy.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts for multiple businesses.
• Monitor performance and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords.
• Increase conversion value by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment.
• Track cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROAS for each account.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover opportunities and reduce waste.
• Write, test, and iterate ad copy, headlines, and extensions.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking for calls, forms, and bookings.
• Deliver clear performance reports on a regular schedule.
