OPTIMAL Unlimited in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Representative to respond to incoming inquiries, schedule site inspections, and convert qualified leads into booked work. You will coordinate between customers, estimators, and company leadership, ensuring timely, professional communication.

You will maintain lead records, monitor follow-up deadlines, and push opportunities through the pipeline, while aligning with management to improve process efficiency and sales coverage as the business grows.

Formación

• Three years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing channels and inquiries.
• Schedule site visits / inspections and provide accurate lead details to the estimator.
• Maintain clear communication from first contact through closing and follow-up.
• Track leads, estimates, follow-ups, and outcomes in the designated systems.
• Develop and refine SOPs for inbound response and follow-up processes.
