Responsibilities

• Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries that fall outside of managed or growth targets.
• Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions-focused service and product knowledge.
• Guide new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement.
• Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform solutions, upselling where appropriate.
• Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using our ERP and CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries with a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborate with internal teams across design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and follow-up.
