Job summary

OPTIMAL PH in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Representative to respond to incoming customer inquiries, schedule site inspections and estimates, and convert qualified leads into booked work.

You will coordinate between customers, the estimator, and company leadership, keep lead records up to date, and ensure timely follow-ups, deadlines, and professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong spoken and written English, with professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with standard business software, CRM or lead-tracking tools, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing channels and inquiries.
• Coordinate site inspections with the inspector and gather details for estimates.
• Follow up with prospects after estimates and move them toward booking.
• Maintain accurate lead records and monitor follow-up deadlines.
• Develop and refine SOPs to improve inbound lead response, scheduling, and follow-up.
