Pagaar India is hiring an International BPO Inbound Sales Executive for a Subscription Sales process. The role handles inbound calls from international customers seeking Printer, Email, Antivirus, and IT subscription services, with emphasis on converting inquiries into sales and maintaining excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong international sales experience, excellent English, and can close sales while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 35 years of experience in an International BPO Inbound Sales process.
• Experience in Printer, Antivirus, Email Support, Technical Support, SaaS, Software Subscription, or IT Service Sales preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Process).
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Sell annual and multi-year subscription plans for printer, email, antivirus, and technical support services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
• Convert technical support inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell value-added technical services.
• Explain subscription benefits, pricing, and service features.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
