We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from 35,000 to 55,000 , plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Sales Conversion: Receive incoming customer calls, understand their travel or vehicle rental requirements, and provide tailored quotes to close sales.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Maximize revenue by recommending premium car categories, comprehensive insurance packages, GPS trackers, and extra mileage options.
• Customer Consultations: Resolve customer queries regarding car availability, rental policies, drop-off locations, and local traffic laws.
• CRM & Reservation Management: Accurately update booking details, customer profiles, and pricing structures in the company's central reservation system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales conversion rates, average order values, and quality assurance benchmarks.
