Qualifications

• 5-8 years of BPO Sales experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing leaders.
• Strong background in outbound sales.
• Strong sales strategy development and course correction skills.
• Experience in Travel & Hospitality preferred, especially Cruise Lines or Hotels.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay MOA.

Join our team as an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager and lead sales operations for our Travel & Hospitality Program in MOA, Pasay. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective strategies, coaching, and implementing course corrections to achieve business targets. We're looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong BPO background and proven success in outbound sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

• Monitor sales performance and identify areas requiring immediate course correction.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and other sales leaders to strengthen team performance.
