Job summary

KMACE Towing Services in Pasig seeks a Sales Manager (Inbound Sales) to lead the inbound sales operations, maximize lead conversions, and ensure exceptional customer service across all channels. You will oversee the Inbound Sales Team, develop strategies, monitor performance with KPIs, coach staff, and coordinate with Operations to deliver seamless service delivery and satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business/related field, at least 5 years in sales or customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• At least 5 years in sales/customer service with 2+ in lead teams.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in towing/transport/logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound sales operations and ensure timely inquiry handling.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Inbound Sales Team.
• Monitor KPIs such as response time and conversion rate.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure service delivery.
