Job summary

MGPS Trackers Inc in Pasig is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to handle outbound telemarketing, lead generation, and customer interactions. You will use Google tools to manage leads and documents and collaborate with the Sales Team to hit targets.

The role involves cold calls, scheduling live or virtual meetings, presenting offers, following up leads through the pipeline, and providing after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Google tools (Mail, Docs, Chats, Sheets).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• At least 1 year Sales experience (Professional, B2B).

Responsibilities

• Managing the Pipedrive (Employer CRM System).
• Conduct outbound cold calls to assigned leads to generate interest and qualify prospects.
• Schedule live and virtual meetings when necessary to present offers and close sales.
• Follow up with leads to ensure progression through the sales pipeline and successful conversion.
• Provide basic after-sales coordination and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist walk-in clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments to support sales objectives.
