Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer-facing roles in tech/B2B.
• Strong communication and sales drive.
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming inquiries and actively respond to ensure prompt, professional client engagement.
• Outreach to prospective and existing clients to understand needs and introduce IT solutions.
• Support the complete client journey from inbound response to onboarding support.
• Prepare accurate sales documents, proposals, contracts, and oversee delivery schedules.
• Maintain, update, and secure customer databases and sales records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely processing and delivery of products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up to gather feedback and ensure high satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative duties including phones, filing, and document organization.
