Infinit-O in the Philippines is seeking an Admissions Counselor to manage inbound leads from our self-evaluator app and website chat, and to follow up with prospects using predefined outbound communications. You will re-engage database leads to move them through the admissions process and share information on our brand and treatment options.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of BPO experience in a Sales account.
• Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly.
• Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive.

Responsabilités

• Management of inbound lead volume via the client's self-evaluator app and via chat contacts through the client's website
• Following up with potential clients with pre-determined outbound communication
• Re-engagement efforts to the database lead to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the brand and treatment options
• Determine the viability of the lead as a potential client for programming
• Create an inquiry in Salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the lead is determined to be viable
• Coordinate with appropriate Admissions Counselors for follow up and next steps
• Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry
