Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist in Pasay to drive recruiting of U.S. healthcare providers as independent contractors. You will screen, interview, and convey program details to help potential onboarding providers understand fit and services.

You will build and maintain a provider pipeline, use multiple channels to generate leads, and keep CRM up to date. The role requires a tenacious, proactive hunter mentality and the ability to meet individual and department targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• 1–2 years in US Provider Network Management or Provider Relations or Engagement.
• 1–2 years recruiting healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, etc.).
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-directed, proactive attitude; able to handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.
• Experience in a growth-oriented environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract and assess providers using multiple channels.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates; outline program details and requirements.
• Build and maintain provider pipeline; track milestones and conversions.
• Collaborate with departments to identify recruiting needs and goals.
• Convert qualified candidates into provider members and monitor progress.
• Meet regularly with managers to discuss recruitment priorities and locations.
• Track KPIs: leads, conversions, onboarding days, and sources; report monthly.
• Advertise provider recruiting across platforms and run marketing campaigns as needed.
• Maintain email lists and newsletters for eligible providers.
