Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of BPO experience in a sales account.
• Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly.
• Conversion (sales) minded with a sense of urgency.
• Healthcare sales background preferred; not required.
• Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts.
• Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound lead volume via the client's self-evaluator app and via chat contacts through the client's website.
• Following up with potential clients with pre-determined outbound communication.
• Re-engagement efforts to the database lead to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the brand and treatment options.
• Opportunity Development: work within a database of potential clients and in the reception of marketing qualified leads to accomplish the following goals.
• Determine the viability of the lead as a potential client for programming.
• Create an inquiry in Salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the lead is determined to be viable.
• Coordinate with appropriate Admissions Counselors for follow up and next steps.
• Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry.
