Avid Health at Home Illinois LLC is hiring a Care Manager/Recruiter for our Aurora office. This newly opened office requires immediate start and focuses on coordinating caregiver schedules, client care plans, and intake from referrals.

The role includes supervising field caregivers, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining EMR documentation; travel to branch areas is expected. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Travel will be required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience coordinating caregiver schedules and client care plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field caregivers to meet client care needs.
• Manage intake coordination and referrals to support branch growth.
• Supervise caregivers and conduct annual reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintain client care plans and update EMR/records.
• Monitor EVV for payroll and billing; generate KPIs.
