Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a Recruiter & HR Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and onboarding for a U.S.-based home care company. You’ll manage candidate outreach, conduct initial screenings, coordinate the hiring pipeline, and support new-hire onboarding.

This hands-on role offers ownership of daily recruitment operations and helps build a growing caregiver workforce, targeting about 5 hires per week. Remote work is supported across the Philippines or Latin America, with standard ET hours

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or similar candidate-facing role.
• Experience conducting phone screenings, evaluating candidates, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Strong spoken and written English for professional communication with US-based candidates and teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS or HR administration platforms such as BambooHR.
• Experience handling confidential employee information, onboarding documents, and administrative records.
• Proficiency with digital recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and candidate tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume applications through Indeed and other recruitment channels.
• Proactively contact candidates by phone to introduce opportunities, assess interest, and conduct initial screenings.
• Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and second-round interviews with hiring managers.
• Track candidate progress, maintain accurate recruitment records, and support weekly hiring targets.
• Collect, verify, and organize new-hire documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Enter employee information into HR systems and maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for recruitment, communication, or workflow efficiency.
