Job summary

Peak Fuel Corporation, part of the Gokongwei Group, is seeking a procurement professional to lead sourcing, purchasing, and import-related activities. The role focuses on source-to-pay processes, supplier selection, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining integrity.

You will evaluate supplier offers, negotiate terms, manage PRs/POs, and coordinate with Impex/Operations. A background in SAP MM and 2–3 years in procurement is required; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• High integrity, flexible and can work with deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Importation background and end-to-end procurement experience.
• Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate supplier offers.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• SAP Material Management knowledge is a MUST.
• Proficient on Microsoft office application.

Responsibilities

• Identify reliable suppliers for PFC's commercial, marketing, business development product requirements.
• Solicit quotations, conduct canvassing, and evaluate supplier proposals based on price, quality, delivery time, and warranty conditions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Perform supplier accreditation and supplier performance evaluation.
• Review purchase requisitions from PFC's internal departments and prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PRs), ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policy, and timely processing.
• Track POs throughout the source-to-pay cycle and generate spend analysis quarterly.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, incoterms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best terms possible.
• Analyze quotes and recommend the most cost-effective supplier without compromising compliance or quality and integrity.
• Ensure all incoming deliveries are accurately received, inspected, and validated against purchase and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with Impex/operations teams to ensure purchased items meet delivery timelines and specifications.

About the role
