Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support import, delivery, and inventory operations in the Philippines.

The role centers on verifying purchase orders against supplier documentation, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate POD records while coordinating with overseas suppliers, couriers, and the AP team to keep shipments on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of logistics, procurement support, or supply chain coordination.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP for PO tracking and inventory.
• Experience coordinating with third-party couriers and AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-check POs against Invoices and Packing Lists for SKU, size, price accuracy.
• Update region records for PO-to-CIPL variances.
• Verify item receipts against PO (SKU, size, qty, price).
• Track sample shipments with FedEx and log receipts.
• Book deliveries to client accounts with 3PLs.
• Enter POD receipts into tracking system.
• Log POD records for AP billing reference.
• Monitor pending supplier balances and payments.
• Update shipping plan with ETA from overseas suppliers.
• Share shipping plan with Logistics & Operations Manager for visibility.
