Job summary

Responsibilities

• Forecast container arrivals and assist in forecasting
• Data analysis to support import operations
• Coordinate with Buyers on shipment status
• Coordinate with brokers, consignee and suppliers to resolve import issues
• Facilitate paperwork and documentation (clearances, bill of lading, packing list, certificate of landing)
• Validate documents from suppliers (health certificate, country of origin, tariff codes)
• Encode and update shipping details on monitoring sheet
• Process payment to suppliers
