Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education completed.
• Experience with US collections across buckets (0–30 to 120+).
• Professional level English, both speaking and writing.
• Comfort with high daily call volume and meeting targets.
• Experience using dialer systems and loan-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls for past-due loans.
• Offer options: full payment, partial, payment plan or reschedule.
• Secure promises to pay and record in loan system.
• Follow up on promises, remind due dates, and manage broken promises.
• Take payments by phone using approved methods.
• Answer questions about balances, due dates, and history.
• Write clear notes after each contact in ACW time.
• Send follow-up emails using approved templates.
• Identify cases needing special handling and route appropriately.
• Remain calm with upset customers and escalate when needed.
