Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking a Trainer to conduct comprehensive pre-process and process trainings for new hires. The role involves delivering sessions, coaching, and maintaining training reports on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City.

You should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills. On-site work with shifting schedules is part of the setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience in pre-process and process training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience training for Technical or Telco accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-process and process training for new hires and evaluate performance.
• Deliver and facilitate Pre-Process and Process trainings.
• Lead new hire training batches.
• Maintain attrition and throughput per process guidelines.
• Coach and counsel where needed and provide feedback.
