Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an Identity Access Management Associate to join a fast-growing team focused on secure identity and access management. You will collaborate with the IAM Analyst and report to the IAM Manager to ensure proper identities and credentials so data owners can control access to resources.

The role includes IAM service delivery, policy configuration, and first-level incident support, with a 24/7 shift rotation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ information security experience or IT Helpdesk preferred.
• Basic knowledge with Active Directory Server.
• Basic knowledge about Information Security.
• Knowledgeable about different Information Technology terminology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ridiculously positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that IAM service delivery meets established SLAs.
• Complete configuration of security policies and rules for IAM integration across deployments based on requirements.
• First level of support for all IAM incidents and service requests.
• Respond to client inquiries for assistance with access-related IAM concerns.
• Assist IAM Analyst with projects and implementations.
• Maintain all necessary runbooks and documents.
• Maintain understanding of IAM service offerings and processes.

What can you expect in “Identity Access Management Associate” role with TaskUs:

The Identity and Access Management Associate role will work closely with the IAM Analyst and will report directly to IAM Manager, whose mission is to ensure that users have appropriate identities and credentials, to enable data and application owners to control access to their resources.

This includes operational responsibility for underlying IT systems and applications that deliver IAM services. This position will report on a shifting schedule, 24/7 support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that IAM (Identity and Access Management) service delivery meets established SLAs.
• Complete configuration of security policies and rules for integrating IAM best practice with other products in various deployment environments based on requirements.
• First level of support for all IAM related incidents and service requests.
• Respond to any client/support inquiries for assistance with any access related concern governing IAM.
• Assist IAM Analyst with any project and implementation.
• Maintain all necessary runbooks and documents.
• Maintains a good understanding of IAM service offerings and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience of information security experience or IT Helpdesk preferred. But fresh graduates are welcome!
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in an emergency situation.
• Basic knowledge with Active Directory Server.
• Basic knowledge about Information Security.
• Knowledgeable about different Information Technology terminology.
• The ability to develop ideas and strategies to communicate with a diverse user base having various levels of technical proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Can work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Have a Ridiculously positive attitude.

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.
