Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an Identity and Access Management Associate in the Philippines. You will work with the IAM team to ensure secure access controls, configurations, and policy enforcement across systems. This role supports a 24/7 environment and reports to the IAM Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in information security or IT helpdesk, a solid AD background, and strong communication skills. TaskUs emphasizes a People First culture and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years information security or IT helpdesk experience.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IAM service delivery meets established SLAs.
• Configure security policies and rules for IAM integrations across environments.
• First level support for IAM incidents and service requests.
• Respond to client inquiries for IAM access-related issues.
• Assist IAM Analyst with projects and implementations.
• Maintain runbooks and documents for IAM.
• Maintain understanding of IAM offerings and processes.
