Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an Identity and Access Management Associate in the Philippines. The role collaborates with the IAM Analyst and reports to the IAM Manager to ensure proper user identities and access controls across systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in information security or IT helpdesk, basic Active Directory knowledge, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on delivering timely IAM support across a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in information security or IT helpdesk preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Basic knowledge of information security concepts and IT terminology.
• Ability to communicate with users of varying technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IAM service delivery meets SLAs and request handling.
• Configure security policies and integrate IAM with other products.
• Provide first level support for IAM incidents and requests.
• Respond to client inquiries on access issues related to IAM.
• Assist IAM Analyst with projects and documentation.
