MicroSourcing in Taguig (BGC) is seeking an ICT Quoting Specialist to support quoting, procurement and operational activities for Managed Network Services in the Australian telco space. The role focuses on accurate, timely quote development and compliant order processing, contributing to customer satisfaction.

The position requires 3+ years in ICT quoting/procurement, SAP/Salesforce knowledge, and experience with order management; onsite dayshift in Manila-BGC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery.
• Experience with quoting vendors like Cisco, HPE etc.
• Experience with order management.
• SAP and Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to ICT Procurement Analysts and MNS Quoting Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of ICT products and services.
• Supervise MNS quoting function for accurate, competitive quotes.
• Own end-to-end order management: create/monitor sales orders/contracts, coordinate invoicing.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
