MicroSourcing is seeking an ICT Quoting Specialist (B2B AU Telco) to support quoting, procurement and operational activities for Managed Network Services. The role drives accurate quote development, order processing and revenue recognition while ensuring SLA compliance.

You will lead ICT Procurement Analysts and MNS Quoting Specialists, coordinate with Sales and Product teams, and oversee contract administration and billing milestones to deliver value for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to ICT Procurement Analysts, ICT Operations Analysts, and MNS Quoting Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of ICT products and services.
• Supervise the MNS quoting function to ensure accurate, competitive quotes in line with pricing strategy.
• Manage project accounts and baselines within SLA and support Project Managers through the lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end order management: create and monitor sales orders/contracts, coordinate invoicing and SAP setup.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to streamline order-to-cash and resolve escalations.
• Act as primary escalation point for internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation and best practices across fulfilment, operations and quoting functions.
• Provide regular KPI reports and insights to senior leadership.

Your Role

This role is responsible for supporting quoting, procurement and operational activities for Managed Network Services. The specialist ensures accurate, timely quote development, supports order processing and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a ICT Quoting Specialist, You Will

Leadership & Team Management

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to ICT Procurement Analysts, ICT Operations Analysts, and MNS Quoting Specialists.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end Procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of ICT products and services.
• Manage operational workflows, troubleshoot escalations, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Quoting & Commercial Support

• Supervise the MNS quoting function, ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely quotes for managed network services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align pricing strategies and customer requirements.
  
  

Project, Contract & Revenue Management

• Manage project accounts and baselines within SLA, supporting Project Managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, including changes, variations, closures, and billing milestones to ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Own end-to-end order management: create and monitor sales orders/contracts, coordinate invoicing, credits, and SAP material setup.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and billing of monthly fixed contracts, product, and maintenance milestones using data from multiple systems.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline order-to-cash processes and resolve escalations promptly.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary escalation point for internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Drive automation and best practices across fulfilment, operations, and quoting functions.
  
  

Reporting & Governance

• Monitor KPIs across all three functions (e.g., order cycle time, SLA achievement, quote turnaround).
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  
  

Experience

What You Need:

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery
• Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco ,HPE etc.
• Experience with order management
• SAP and salesforce experience desirable
