Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig seeks an ICT Quoting & Operations Manager to lead MNS Quoting, Procurement, and Operations, ensuring accurate quotes, efficient order processing, and strong customer experience.

You will manage ICT Analysts and MNS Quoting Specialists, align pricing with Sales, oversee contracts and billing milestones, and drive process improvements across fulfilment and O2C. This onsite, day shift role demands 7+ years in ICT service delivery and SAP experience.

Qualifications

7+ years in ICT service delivery, operations, and quoting management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple streams.
Strong project and contract management with billing experience.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction to ICT procurement, operations, and MNS quoting teams.
Lead with accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage order processing, SLAs, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee MNS quoting accuracy, competitiveness, and timeliness.
Collaborate with Sales/Product to align pricing with customer needs.
Oversee end-to-end order management, invoicing, and SAP setup.
Ensure monthly revenue recognition and billing milestones.
Escalation point for internal teams, vendors, and customers.
