Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Senior MNS Quoting Specialist to support B2B AU Telco services. The role focuses on quoting, commercial support, renewals, order and contract management, and stakeholder engagement across the sales and product teams.

You will work onsite at BGC, Taguig, with a dayshift schedule, collaborating with vendors and customers to ensure accurate pricing, timely quotes, and compliant processes while driving continuous improvement and value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery.
• Experience with quoting vendors like Cisco, HPE, etc.
• Experience with order management; SAP and Salesforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Quoting & Commercial Support: prepare accurate quotes and validate pricing with sales and product teams.
• Customer Renewals Management: manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle and coordinate renewal offers.
• Order & Contract Management: support sales orders and maintain records in SAP or equivalent systems.
• Operational Support: handle workflow tickets, ensure SLA adherence, resolve escalations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal teams, vendors and customers; escalate non-standard pricing as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process improvements and support automation.

Your Role

As a Senior MNS Quoting Specialist, You Will

Quoting & Commercial Support

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed network services
• Experience working with quoting hardware, maintenance, software and subscription
• Work with sales and product teams to validate pricing and requirements
• Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial frameworks
• Working with vendors and OEM to deal register opportunities.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-value, or time-critical quoting and requests that fall outside standard parameters.

Customer Renewals Management

• Proactively managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for existing ICT contracts, ensuring timely re-quoting ahead of contract expiry
• Coordinating with Account Managers to present competitive renewal offers that retain and grow customer revenue
• Tracking renewal pipelines and maintaining accurate status updates across all in-flight renewals

Order & Contract Management

• Support sales order creation and contract administration
• Maintain accurate records in SAP or equivalent systems

Operational Support

• Manage incoming requests via workflow management tickets
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of tasks
• Assist in resolving operational escalations

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and customers
• Provide updates and maintain strong communication channels
• Identify and escalation non-standard pricing, margin risk, or contractual exceptions through the appropriate approval channels

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Support automation and best practice initiatives

What You Need

Experience:

• 5+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery
• Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco ,HPE etc.
• Experience with order management
• SAP and salesforce experience desirable
