Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is building a team to support a dynamic Australian telco, hiring an ICT Pricing Specialist (B2B AU Telco) to develop accurate quotes, support orders, and drive commercial excellence for managed network services.

You will partner with sales, product, and vendors to validate pricing, manage renewals, and ensure SLA adherence while pursuing process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery.
• Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco, HPE etc.
• Experience with order management.
• SAP and Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed network services.
• Support sales order creation and contract administration in SAP or equivalent.
• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle and present renewal offers.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, vendors and customers to ensure pricing alignment.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of tasks; resolve escalations.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Your Role

This role is responsible for supporting quoting, procurement and operational activities for Managed Network Services. The specialist ensures accurate, timely quote development, supports order processing and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a ICT Pricing Specialist, You Will

Quoting & Commercial Support

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed network services
• Experience working with quoting hardware, maintenance, software and subscription
• Work with sales and product teams to validate pricing and requirements
• Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial frameworks
• Working with vendors and OEM to deal register opportunities.
  
  

Customer Renewals Management

• Proactively managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for existing ICT contracts, ensuring timely re-quoting ahead of contract expiry
• Coordinating with Account Managers to present competitive renewal offers that retain and grow customer revenue
  
  

Order & Contract Management

• Support sales order creation and contract administration
• Maintain accurate records in SAP or equivalent systems
  
  

Operational Support

• Manage incoming requests via workflow management tickets
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of tasks
• Assist in resolving operational escalations
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and customers
• Provide updates and maintain strong communication channels
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Support automation and best practice initiatives
  
  

Experience

What You Need:

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery
• Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco ,HPE etc.
• Experience with order management
• SAP and salesforce experience desirable
