Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an ICT Quoting & Ops Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and delivery processes, including PO creation, vendor portal management, and on-time delivery tracking.

You will coordinate with Cisco, HPE, and Akamai portals, ensure GRN accuracy, manage RMAs, and produce concise reports to support SLAs and operational efficiency. This role is onsite at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of procurement, order fulfilment, or supply chain ops experience.
• Hands-on with vendor portals such as Cisco, HPE, and Akamai.
• Strong PO lifecycle, GRN, and RMA knowledge.
• Experience managing SLAs, back orders, and expediting deliveries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and troubleshooting transactional issues.

Job Summary

This role manages end-to-end procurement and delivery processes, including raising and approving Purchase Orders (POs) for “Buy to Consume” and “Buy to Sell” scenarios.

Responsibilities include processing POs via vendor portals (Cisco, HPE, Akamai), tracking deliveries, managing back orders, and providing accurate ETAs.

The role ensures timely Goods Receipting (GRN), oversees Return Material Authorization (RMA) and warehouse coordination, and produces key reports such as back order and COE. Additional duties include expediting vendor deliveries, resolving aged transactions and parked invoices, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining proactive communication to meet SLAs and ensure operational efficiency.

Your Role

As an ICT Quoting & Ops Manager, you will:

• Contribute as part of the MNS Procurement Team
• Raise associated Purchase Orders (POs) for both scenarios of "Buy to Consume" and "Buy to Sell" and manage PO approvals.
• Process purchase orders on direct vendor portal using the following vendor portals: Cisco, HPE, Akamai
• Track associated order delivery including managing and communicating delivery ETAs, and items on back order
• Accurately process Good Receipting Notice (GRN) of POs as items or services are delivered in part or in full.
• Manage end-to-end RMA process including Return Material Authorisations (RMA)
• Produce concise business reports including back order and COE report.
• Expedite delivery with vendors.
• Proactively ensure transaction processing meets business demands and exceeds agreed SLAs.
• Address aged transactions that need to be closed out- short closing PO’s
• Troubleshoot system or process-related issues.
• Resolve any parked invoices with the broader business and accounts payable.
• Provide accurate ETAs to the business and end customer.
• Warehouse management as part of the RMA process.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, order fulfilment, or supply chain operations within Managed Network Services environments.
• Hands‑on experience with vendor portals such as Cisco, HPE, and Akamai.
• Strong understanding of Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, Goods Receipting (GRN), and Return Material Authorisation (RMA) processes.
• Experience in managing SLAs, back orders, and expediting deliveries with vendors.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and troubleshooting transactional or process-related issues.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities (e.g., back order and COE reports).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
